Dear Nurse-Family Partnership Nurse,
Thank you for your interest in the 8-hour Autism Navigator Primary Care – Knowledge and Skills (AN: PC) online course!
In order to be approved for a seat in the course, you must read the Course Description and Enrollment Agreement.
If, after reading these documents, you believe you are eligible and interested in enrolling, please complete the NFP Enrollment Agreement. All Enrollment Agreement boxes and fields must be completed to be approved for enrollment. If you have trouble opening the document, please request a PDF version from ANenroll@pattan.net.
Once completed, send your Enrollment Agreement to ANenroll@pattan.net. Specify that you are part of NFP and requesting enrollment in the Primary Care course.
After your completed Enrollment Agreement is received and approved, an invitation letter with instructions and a code for enrollment will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this invitation.
Once enrolled in the course, it’s highly recommended that you download resource materials as you progress through the course. Once enrollment has expired (one year after your date of registration), access to these resources ends.
If you are unable to make the commitment to complete the 8-hour course, please consider taking the 3-hour Autism Navigator course: About Autism for Toddlers and reviewing the Autism Video Glossary.
These are free resources available on http://autismnavigator.com/resources-and-tools/#about
Thank you for your commitment to supporting young children with autism and their families. We hope you enjoy the course and your work with families are enriched by it.
