Family Support & Home Visiting Leadership Meetings

Meeting Format: 

• The meeting of FS/HV Leaders and BEIS&FS staff will begin at 9:00 AM on the dates specified below.  This will be the time to focus on statewide updates to the FS/HV programs and to provide information on state and national resources.  
• Regional Break-Out meetings will begin after the conclusion of the large group meeting.  During the Regional Breakouts, FS/HV Leaders will be grouped into East, Central and Western regions and will have a chance to meet and discuss issues with their Family Support Consultant.  

Special Instructions for the meetings: 

• To ensure the best possible experience in regional break out rooms – we will assign a unique NEW Zoom room for each breakout room for each meeting.  When it is time to end the large group meeting time, each participant will log off and join a NEW Zoom room.  If you are unsure of your assignment, we will keep the large meeting room open for a period of time to assist in the transition. 
• Please be sure that your zoom account is set to display your full name and the program that you represent to ensure that you are admitted into the meeting.  This will also allow for a smoother transition between the larger group meeting and the regionally based break out portion of the meeting.
